So i just noticed that since the leader boards were supposedly sorted, i did the “Firebird” drift round laguna seca in a D class gaining a total of 30,251 drift points…
I felt this was a reasonable achievement it has put me in 5th in the world, what i cant fathom, is why is 4th place a B Class, 3rd & 2nd a C Class, and first place a B Class.
How do i contend with that ?

I wouldnt normaly moan about it but its nice to think i might actually be number 1 in teh world at something on forza even if it is for 2 minutes
And yes i will take a picture once i see it i will need it to remember it
I also saw this today on other monthly rivals. It was great that i was in the top 200 in 2 laps with my C class BRZ on top gear…but knowing there were dozens of R class cars ahead of me was not cool. It’s a known issue that is way to easy to get away with. It really ruins the best part of rivals mode.
I was just making the same complaint in here on a diffrent rivals event,the monthly event Giant killer around prague,the restriction is supposed to be B Class but someones used an R class elan,
Its a bit crazy lets hope they get on that soon i really want my name on that No1 spot and i will take a pic just so i have a reminder i did once make it there.
I know how you feel i was #1 on the rivals VIP event the autocross around road atlanta for all of about 2 minutes it was the greatest 2 minutes of my life lol
I think there is a mix of reasons. Firstly what are the restrictions on the Firebird event? I didn’t think it was as low as D class. Secondly I believe the bug is not fixed.
Well i would assume it was a D Class event as it was rivals and went as standard after i bought the car straight in to the mode, with that said reading the restrictions…
Power must not be greater than 500HP
Must be Firebird (obviously)

Now with out checking each T.A for PI etc im not sure what the classes are as standard but the one i used was D Class and i upgraded a few choice parts to keep it in D Class as thats what i asumed it was sposed to be.
So there is no PI restriction. I entered the event and picked the highest PI Firebird I had which was top of B class. I assume it had less than 500HP. Not home so can not check but I just picked a car from my garage and did not change any tunes on it.
So the leaders in this event are not relying on the bug but yes the bug still exists.
the only restrinction is the power … under that power you can have all the IP you want … if there was a class restriction it showed it like the rival drift events … ( like top gear if i remember is class A and power under 373kw )
well im glad this event is not bugged unlike the track day event on Prague reverse the restrictions are b class and lower car type is classic super mini (i think) and people are using R-X cars including the E tron and the lotus E21. i hope they fix this in the near future but , knowing T10 they will overlook it and wait until 2015 to fix it
