Per user settings are not honored in the game. If one player has assisted braking, and the second player does not, they both have it. Same as reversed! If the first player has manual braking, both players have it, no matter what settings are chosen. I have a regular Xbox One, my son has the One S, the issues are with both.
Sound seems to only favor one car.
