i have standalone Pedals ( HE Ultimates ), connected to the PC with USB.
I can map the pedals in the settings, but Ingame when i press the Trottle or Brake it only goes up to maybe 20-30%.
Wheel ( Fanatec V2 ), Shifter and Handbrake are working fine, only the Pedals won’t work
Is there an option to calibrate the Pedals or is it a Bug?
When you go into the controller options, you can press the F key for advanced controller options. There you can adjust the acceleration and deceleration axis deadzone.
I set my brake pedal to 25% (75% deadzone) so it will actually function. I have Fanatec pedal with Thrustmaster wheel and the pedal with loadcell only depress about 40% for full braking power. This at least got me a working solution to play the demo but I’m also hoping that the full game will have the ability to calibrate the controls.
I tried everthing out but with Heusinkveld Pedals the Demo don’t work
I set many types of deadzones for gas & brake but nothing changes. I use DIView for calibration in Win and all other Sims work perfect. I also read that other people have the same issue with Heusinkveld pedals in the Demo.
I finally got my ProtoSimTech PT-1 pedals working by adding a lot of deadzone even though my pedals are calibrated with DIView and also calibrated in Windows. Here are the settings I ended up if it helps anyone as this required over an hour of trial and error to figure out what was going on and fix it.
I’m absolutely floored that I have to exit the race to the main menu to make changes to bindings and control configurations, forced to sit through all the promotional screens each and every time. A simple in-game throttle/brake pedal meter where deadzones are configured would have helped a TON and saved so much time.
