The update will be released on the 15th and you can play the new content the day after. Here in Germany the new content always gets unlocked at exactly midnight CET iirc. Maybe that is the case in all timezones i don’t know.
No idea how you can be so excited about it, it will be the same lackluster update like all the previous updates so hmm, yeah i don’t understand it.
And update 9.0 will be released on the 12th June and update 10.0 will be released on 10th July. I mean just look at the calendar it’s every 4 weeks you don’t need a crystal ball to foresee it.

I’m excited for the game to improve and also get more content, typical videogame update things.
And wasnt this one 5 weeks? Are you sure the others will be 4?

How would that make any sense? It’s always 4 weeks then update, then 4 weeks, then update…
I read multiple times this one was 5weeks but i didn’t actually do the math myself, i could be misinformed. Thanks
It’s the same in Forza Horizon 5.
Here the update history with dates.
Release Notes and Known Issues
It’s always 4 weeks but sometimes they put the patchnotes on the site on mondays for whatever reason.
This means they maybe post the patchnotes of update 8.0 on the 13th May.
I don’t know, but i think it’ll be may 12…
If it releases on the 15th thatl be just over 5 weeks…

Wow you are right, that probably has something to do with the 7.2 hotfix, it takes 2 weeks to release a new update minimum. There is some sort of testing process or something. This is only because of consoles, on PC there can always be updates instantly, but not on consoles. Only hotfixes can be released very quickly but not regular updates.
No other patch had 2 hotfixes so far.

Steam Deck can run Motorsport fine if you install Windows on it, but Windows sucks, and Valve staff indicated that any fix would need to come from the FM developers.
However, it appears many of the FM developers are independent contractors working 1.5 year contracts (as a former developer recently mentioned on YouTube), which may make it harder for them to implement stuff like this.

I haven’t played on a handheld since the foldable Gameboy Advance SP. I have a laptop if i wanna play somewhere if there is an electric outlet. And if for whatever reason i ever wanna play a game while i sit in a train or something, i can play GTA San Andreas on my Samsung Galaxy A54. But honestly i rather surf on the web, or check what is happening on X or whatever. I can’t imagine to play anything on a screen that is smaller than 27 inch anymore.
Back to topic. I think patch will be ready to download on may 13th or 14th. but only time will tell

I hope it’s in Japan. Or Canada would be nice too, it’s so large with snow and many forests etc.
I hope they take advantage of the seasons system, not like it is in FH5.

2 times in a row South America? Nah i don’t think so.
Mexico is in North America though. But yes, I understand your point with that. It’s highly unlikely it’ll be in Brazil after being in Mexico

Youd think it wouldve been an obvious day one decision to put a mechanic such as this into your game.
