It says a bit down on Update 15.0 Overview | Dec. content update exactly at what time in your local time that the update is released. To me in central Europe, it’s at 19:00 (in 40 minutes).

From some reason i’ve been thinking this will be an update to expand single-player career mode with returning\new tours. Sadly, that was not the case :frowning:
