I was referring to the model or base vehicle used for both categories.
If you take in mind that the netcode has been so broken too since the start of the iracing franchise over 10 years ago, you can see the difficulties to create a perfect race game.
The name, yes. Everything else, basically no. The NextGen cup car has nothing remotely in common with the road car apart from the general body style and the look of the stickers, Gen3s at least do share a bit more variety in the profile between the two and even use some of the actual road car parts despite still being a bespoke chassis.
what do you mean there are no new group A racers?
they literally added the VN group A.
itâs never been in a forza game.
in fact, the VN has never been in ANY game. this is the first time.
Where did you see that?
âUpdate 16 will be available in January as a celebration of all things BMW with new cars and events.â
I expect the return of the V12 LMR.
Isnât it already in the game?
Then I must have been blind. Didnât recall seeing it.
V12 LMR is in game. I do hope for either the M V8 Hybrid or the 320i turbo group 5.

Interesting how we get more useful information and insight into the development process (in general) from a member of the community than from the actual studio responsible.
The senior leadership team who should be accountable to the community of customers fail to interact directly with this community and avoid us at all costs.
Another studio that treats their consumers with contempt
Definitely. It would be a travesty for them to give us BMW month without the M Hybrid to fill out the LMDH class.
That and the M4 GT3. Looooong overdue.
How come the '92 Ford Falcon GT isnât in the Aussie Sport Sedans event?
Ford being an American brand doesnât cut it, because that Falcon was Australian designed and from what I understand only sold in Australia.
This is a big oversight!
EDITâŚ
It participates but you cannot pick itâŚ
OK. Not ideal but I will walk my earlier claim back; however, what is with the Firebirds?

The nationality of cars and brands can be a difficult notion to unravel, and itâs never going to be perfect, but I think they could at least recognise that Ford Australia and Ford of Europe are their own distinct subsidiaries, in the same way the Dodge and Chrysler have been their own subsidiaires under the same parent company for almost a century now. Or better example yet: Opel and Vauxhall.
The only difference is that all the Ford subsidiaries brand their cars as Fords.
Challenge Hub - Aussie Challenge : Complete all Series in the Australian Tour in Career OR Complete 10 races in the Forza AUS Series in Featured Multipler (unlocks the 2013 Holden #10 Xbox Racing Team Commodore VF)
With pre-race practice/qualifying sessions, intermissions, loading screens, & post-race countdowns/wrap-ups on top of each race, it takes at least 5 hours to unlock this 1 (recycled) exclusive/FOMO car.
And if you choose to do it in Featured Multiplayer youâll be stuck on the same track for that period of time. Over and over and over and overâŚ
Gods, donât I know it.
Typical Bathurst drivers:
What were the tracks you raced on. Certain tracks are power tracks and do require more power. Theres only certain cars that will be dominant on every type of track. As you said the first race you easily won, the next was a different situation. The gt3 is more of a handling biased car, straights wouldnt be its strong suit.
I had this happen to me in the v8 supercar series i believe, first race i was dominant, the next race at ohio they were much more competitive, but i tuned the car to suit the track better and it was fine.
In past forzas the ai would use the straights as their way to make up time as they werent good in the corners, Sebring was notorious for this reason. I havent really noticed that in this game. What ive noticed is they seem to gain their time in braking and corner exit traction.
Whatever the tracks are in the A700 part of the Australia open tour series. Donât remember. Difficulty 4 feels about right to me where 5 and above feel waaaaay off. Just completely unfair. Doesnât help that the default suspension settings are mind-bogglingly incorrect.
