Followed by Portimao, Mosport, and Hermanos Rodriguez.
Heckin’ stoked to see Nordschleife in the multiplayer rotation now too.

Yup, I agree. From the makers of, built from the ground up, the most advanced racing game ever made and my all time favourite a vastly a different and amazing experience “.
Also, can you, Turn 10 please, please, please fix the error that is allowing faster class cars to be allowed to star with group 1 in multi class. It’s a highly unfair advantage and people who are exploiting it should be banned for a short period of time.
I’m guessing this will just be a different livery as all the V8 Supercars in the game have pretty much the same PI within a couple of points. Visually the car shouldn’t look any different.

2 race cars. One is super v8 & the other is formula drift.
While putting back stuff in to a game that shouldn’t have been removed would be welcome, it wouldn’t get them any goodwill off me, that’s for sure, especially after everything that has happened, and just as crucially hasn’t happened since release.
Supposedly iRacing also had plans to release a v8 supercars update this month. Being that they have more dibs in motorsport licensing being a true sim, they were allowed to snag the new gen v8 supercars first. I have a feeling we will get them eventually but probably not in the near future.
As good as Bathurst is, I really hoped I could’ve raced it wth some proper GroupA-racing cars like the R32 Skyline GT-R Group A. This division used to be massive in Australia (and the rest of the world) and thought this update would’ve been the perfect time to introduce them.
Thanks @HIR07A for correcting me, the power increase mid gen coincided with the Chevy Camaro naturally aspirated V8 move from LS to LT. I thought Commodore shared the same change.
Is there are votable gameplay thread for this?
Seriously annoying how in some tracks juuust before it returns control to you it veres you on a trajectory to launch you across the track.
If turn 10 wanted them in the game, theyd be in it. These deals are based on money, not the type of video game you make. I wouldnt expect any new race cars other than possibly indycar, likely when long beach is rereleased.
I have no idea, i thought they said this was fixed a few months ago, but it never seemed to be, so ive just waited. Its honestly the most ridiculous thing ive ever seen. It wasnt a problem at launch so its likely a bug of some sort. But come on now how does something like this persist for months. I wrote this today because it didnt happen on Bathurst and i thought maybe they fixed it, but i did some other races and unfortunately it wasnt.
Definitely was. It’s a track by track thing. Laguna Seca used to be the worst with the way it launched you across the green divider at the apex of the start finish straight.
Even after they updated it, it still tries to send you across the track after the hairpin.
I honestly don’t think it’s that bad of an update!
First of all, welcome back Bathurst! Not a fully new track but always happy to see something return. Nothing is guarenteed when something leaves the next game so i don’t mind it being added back in! While it isn’t one of my favorite tracks worldwide, hopefully the game can help me warm up to it!
The new features are always nice to get as well. The more the merrier! While it’s a real shame we lost the movement in the garage introduced in upd. 14, i appreciate that it’s clarified they are willing to look into making it a legitimate feature! The safety rating window being extended to iirc 50 races is something i’m split on, mostly because i think that’s a bit much for much lesser involved players for multiplayer. Maybe a compromise at say… 30?
While i don’t do anything with the builder’s cup anymore for a long long time now, i think i noticed that for the V8 supercars tour the Altima isn’t included for it’s themed series… Wich i find weird given it is build on the same regs and raced in peroid with the Holden and Ford Falcon and i believe Mustang as well. Hopefully i can use the Nissan in the multiplayer series, otherwise i wasted time on making a livery for it
For multiplayer, great to have the LMP1s back for another round while i’m very interested in the FXX series! Should be a really fun sped up version of the Ferrari Challenge!
Finally, the cars… This one is, for me, a letdown. Not because of what they chose but because of the potential there was. Sure, i too was keen to see the current Gen3 Mustang and Camaro make it’s way in but maybe it’s for the better given the Supra is in development for the 2026 season. Better to have them all in someday maybe. The Xbox commodore isn’t necessarilly a bad addition, arguably i think it’s great to add a car that’s got a sentimental connection with the devs and i’ll defend them for that, i just don’t think it’s a good reward car. Something like the last gen Commodore, Mustang, Volvo or Mercedes would have imo made a better reward car. Maybe throw in a curveball and give us an Aussie Silhouette wich could definatly have made a super popular one make series. But hey, we got what we got so we make the most of it!
Overall, i think upd. 15 is still solid! However, i’m EXTREMELY excited for the next one. The BMW theme has got me praying for 2 of my favorite racecars currently racing right now and if we even get one (preferably the GT3 M4), i’m gonna be smiling for the whole month!
It’s great that they finally sorted out Forza GT division. Car upgrades in lobbies is also an important improvement.
But… what happened to Drift Meetups, Creator’s Hub, adding past FOMO content to challenge hub etc?
Last 2 updates seemed like T10 were finally cooking but seeing the contrast between FH5 and FM content and attention to detail kinda makes FM look like a low effort afterthought that will cease to exist in a few months. Staying positive about this game isn’t easy.
Impressions after three races with the new update and a test drive around Bathurst:
Is this done only in the showroom, or are the new divisions also available when setting up events in Free Play or Private Multiplayer?
I didn’t check the Private Multiplayer but I could select those divisions when setting up a race in Free Play with advanced options.
Why don’t they give the player control where the pit limiter (should) turn off? Then the player could control how they exit the pit lane.
