I had that feeling with at least half of the updates so far 
But I don’t think any amount of new cars is going to solve that issue. What this game needs IMO is some new ways to play, game modes, challenges akin to Forzathon, etc. Or at least more incentive for players to use existing content, like special unlocks tied to leveling up particular cars or Rivals events with additional rewards.
