Unknown hidden buffs/nerfs in featured multiplayer

Some cars in some divisions of Featured Multiplayer have unknown buffs/nerfs that have never been mentioned in update notes. I was wondering if someone could find these missing numbers.

  • Formula 70s - Renault RS01 has an unknown downforce increase.
  • Modern Factory Racecars - 2019 Porsche 935 has an unknown grip increase.
  • Vintage LMP - Matra-Simca MS650 has an unknown grip increase.

I think most divisions in FMP have some sort of background performance modifiers for BoP - T10 only really published the modifiers for the main classes that got a major rebalance from earlier this year (i.e. from Update 19 onwards for TC, GT2, GT3, Proto-H).

Ideally, it would be nice to see the modifiers for every division published somewhere for reference as it would make it easier for players to give feedback for BoP.

Most of these BoP are simply done through upgrades. And any %power increase can be found through the telemetry. I’m trying to make this reference you speak of available to everyone, but it’s hard to do that with missing info. Also, yes, these numbers should be listed somewhere in-game. It’s not fair for a new player to wisely pick the highest PI car, only to get smoked by the lowest PI car because it has an invisible 40% horsepower increase.

But for now, here are all of the (known) invisible Featured Multiplayer effects, excluding GT3, GT2, TC, and Proto-H.

  • GTX - Audi 90 Quattro: -20% horsepower, found in telemetry
  • GTX - Mazda RX-7: -10.5% horsepower, found in telemetry
  • GTX - Ford Capri Turbo: +20% weight, found via spring rates
  • Modern Factory Racecars - Pagani Huayra R: -5% horsepower, +30% drag, found in patch notes
  • Modern Factory Racecars - Porsche 935: Unknown grip increase
  • Prototype Group Racing - Lola T163: -10% horsepower, found in telemetry
  • Prototype Group Racing - McLaren M1B: -5% horsepower, found in telemetry
  • Vintage LMP - Porsche 917/20: -20% horsepower, found in telemetry
