"Unable to Join Session" I have NEVER been able to play multiplayer.....Forza Staff???

Hello all,

I got this game at launch and have yet to play a single game of multiplayer.

Regardless of what race mode I select, I go through the matchmaking process, but as I enter the “lobby” I always get “Unable to join Session”.

EVERY other game I have works fine online… (weather that be pile of xbox one titles or my tons of 360 and PC games…all work just fine with my router)

I am sure that there is some port forwarding to be done or something but, isn’t that kind of ridiculous? EVERY other title works completely perfectly…

Forza Staff, I’d like you to acknowledge this well documented problem and give us a definitive answer as to what is up…

Check to see if your nat type is open. If it is not i would recommend to call your internet provider and have them walk you thru how to set it it open. If you dont want to do that google might have the answer for you if you understand that lingo.

Is your ISP Virgin? I remember there is a setting needed, hopefully someone can remember and post it.

Also try going into settings on the console and go into power and startup. In there change it from instant on to energy saving mode, back out and turn console off. Restart and try again.

The xbox one has more ports that need forwarding than the Xbox 360 did, it might be worth checking them out; I had to add them on my BT Homehub 3.
