I have the ultimate edition and I have been trying since Friday to connect to the Forza servers. I have been unsuccessful each time. Not only can I not do multiplayer, but I can’t get drivatars, download liveries, upload pictures to Forza hub, nothing. I am completely offline. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing. I am connected to Xbox live on windows 10 but I still can’t get online in game. Any help would be appreciated
Anyone have this issue and get a resolution? I also uninstalled my VPN software as I expected this was the original problem. It worked momentarily but now I am back to square 1.
There was another thread on this issue but I definitely went through all the hoops and got the toledo tunnel up and running but still when I DMZ my machine, it still fails to connect.
Anyone have a nice solution for this issue? Really frustrating I can’t get any online play on my PC working…
nope didnt work for me, no effect whatsoever. i disabled the teredo adapter, i uninstalled and reinstalled it, i set the the pseudo teredo adapter, everything. nothing works. i DID learn, however, that my NAT is restricted, when i type “netsh interface Teredo show state” into CMD i am greeted with this
Type : natawareclient
Server Name : win10.ipv6.microsoft.com.
Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds
Client Port : 443
State : qualified
Client Type : teredo client
Network : unmanaged
NAT : restricted (port)
NAT Special Behaviour : UPNP: No, PortPreserving: Yes
also i heard that VIP users are getting new cars and stuff in their inboxes, which i cant access because the game cant connect to the servers, go figure. i also never got my VIP crates either, which might have something to do with my issue at hand
also i just tested forza horizon 3, and the online functions work perfectly fine as of writing this. the issue im having is completely isolated to forza 7, nothing else is having this problem
Nope that did nothing for me either. I noticed that the normal teredo adapter in device manager is now gone, the pseudo adapter is there but not the normal one. It was there earlier but now it’s gone. Doesn’t make a difference either way but I thought that would be important to point out
Hmm, in that case i can only recommend either to remove router and directly connect with your isp modem by cable, see if that works (in that case it would be a router issue).
Otherwise something is corrupted in your Windows10 installation i suppose. A clean reinstall is sometimes the only solution.
Well the plug into modem thing didn’t work so fresh installation it is. I had to do the same with horizon 3 and that ended up fixing all my problems so I don’t mind doing it again if it fixes the issue. I must say thank you anyways, appreciate your help with this
