There is no Quick Actions UI shown in my HUD even its enabled in settings.
Quick Actions do work, but I have to do it blind.
I am on Xbox-App PC with Wheel.
Screenshot shows what I expect to see, but in my game on PC its not there:

This. I’m having the same issue, except I can’t tell if the quick chat is working as it doesn’t display a message when I press a quick action. I too have chat on, and messages set to any and still nothing.
Thinking I may just uninstall until this cake has more time to bake in the oven. Bugs I understand, but non-functioning UI/UX is unimaginable to me when these games are supposed to be play tested.

I run a T300RS wheel
Same here, playing on PC Game Pass with a CSL DD/ McLaren v2 wheel. I can pull up telemetry, but that’s it.

I am affected by this, too.
Running a G920 on Win11 with custom mappings right now.
From the release notes:
Fixed issue where HUD element for Quick Chat when using mouse and keyboard as the primary input would not be present. [1613000]
But still not working after Update 3

Still having this issue fwiw using logitech wheel on PC
Thought it would be an easy fix, but still not fixed in update 7.
Issue is still present on PC with DirectInput controllers, even when actions are identically assigned to POV switch.

Bumping this, I still can’t get quick chat showing after update 17!
It’s February 2025 and this bug has not been addressed, which means they have no intention of ever fixing it. Sigh.
Question to the people that have this issue (that includes me). Do any of you use custom keybinds/input mapping?
For both my controller and steering wheel I use a custom profile, both no longer use the default inputs for the quick chat.
Maybe if the quick chat buttons vary from the default in any way the game doesn’t know what to do with them and not show it?
I have this same problem.
Using a Thrustmaster T248x (XBox themed buttons) and the Quick actions do not appear in game. In fact, I don’t get any XBox style button glyphs, everything shows up as if I am using mouse and keyboard.
The quick actions buttons work like they should, I just cant see them.
This is still an ongoing issue for me after update 20. I use a Fanatec wheelbase
