Hey Everyone,

Its sad to see how dead the forums are lately…With that being said, I would like to do a series on Twitch and then also upload it to YouTube.

The series will be of me trying out and reviewing tunes from you, the community. If this is something you are interested in, please post on here with the following information:

Hopefully this will generate a little interest and also get some downloads for you guys as well as feedback. Keep in mind, these will be my OPINIONS on the tunes. Good or bad, you will get honest feedback.

Great idea Eagle! OK, if you want I can be a guinea pig…

I had my first ever Top-100 last week with one of my first tunes put together. With myself on the driver seat (inexperienced) I was able to get my PB of #56 on the LBs. A couple of other folks have tried the tune and gotten better times.

I would love to get your feedback on this tune since I am just in the initial phase of my tuning experience. Thank you!

Tune Name: PRKid Indy Oval BRZ

Tune Class: Class-D

Track: Indy Oval

That’s it! Very simple track & tune.

ok gents, thats two so far. should be able to test them tomorrow on twitch and then upload to YT sometime after. Hopefully we’ll get some more :smiley:

The community left walled itself in by responding harshly en masse to anyone that didn’t kiss their behind no matter what (not saying you did). Everyone stopped bothering with it and now you have what is left on the forums. The clique that ran everyone else off and cannot accept any constructive criticism while griping that no one is left.

Good luck with your reviews Eagle and I hope you can handle what is to come. If you give your honest opinion this will go the same way every other honest review post/thread has and end with you being beat into submission. They are entertaining for the short while they last.

Currently has 2 times in the top #50. I have released it on the forum but have gone back to it as I think I can do better at making this more drivable without TCS.

Just be sure to “Download and Install” to be sure you’re testing the true tune.

Thanks for running the miata eagle I managed to get a little peek at the live stream but I was working at the same time so missed the end. Props to PRKid as well as I’ve ran the BRZ and it’s a very smooth tune. Gotta a non TCS in the pipeline for the miata which drives way easier than that one you had there so maybe an Indymx-5 revisited is on the cards. I’ll put up the tune soon on this thread. Same build, totally different setup :slight_smile:

Thanks buddy! Eagle had a nice run on your A-class Mazda (I watched it live) and did not use TCS. I am sure your No-TCS build will be better! Good luck with it!

The Miata is an absolute blast to drive! Managed to get a PB of 1:29.1 #2171. I know I can get it down into the 1:28s with some more practice! Hats off to you man! How Eagle and you managed to be 3-4 seconds faster is amazing! Great car! I can’t wait for the next version without tcs! It was still a beast for me with tcs on…lol

Thanks I pm’d you some info about the tune. Even with TCS On, less is more with this tune and it really just about using the diff to get your turn in- accel and decel
EDIT: Turn in isn’t an issue with TCS off (chuckle)

Update: TCS off I was able to get 1:29.8 i think…lol
