Great idea to review the cars this way pal. Ive got a car i been working on to submit if you don’t mind.
Car: 2005 BMW M3
Class: A
Filename: All Rounder
Keyword: PTG
Ive been enjoying tuning this car. I’m not aiming for LB times, but a fun to drive, competitive car for online. Lately in making a point of not doing any engine conversions - I’m trying to keep the character of the car. The result with this car is an amazing sound!
look forward to the review. I promise not to throw my teddy if your harsh.
Downloaded the BRG and the Miata tune. Too broke for the F1 right now from running rivals…lol. Will grab that one later. Would REALLY like to learn to tune but my game time is limited most of the time
Congrats Goonies! And, thanks for using the tune. I am glad it worked out for you. OK, I know you can go even lower and have continued success with PBs. I found that for this combo (car/track/tune), it needs 2 (or more) good laps w/o hitting the walls to get the right exit speed at Turn #1. I know it is not easy…I must of hit that wall so many times I could almost envision seeing it collapse and many dents on it. Keep at it. Good luck!
I’ll chuck my one into the pack. I’m happy with whatever you say about it, so far it’s had mixed opinions it’s a bit of a marmite car, lol. I’ve been running this in D class hoppers and it’ll run at most tracks and not embarrass you.
GT: PID1969
File: Greek t car
Car: 65’ Mini D class (I also have a paint)
Tracks: Long Beach Full and Long Beach East
Just going to the local police to see if they can trace your ip address and home location, just in case
Hi there I will be putting on the storefront my tune for the Mitsibishi Lancer Evo 8 for A700. It manages to do top 1000 on all tracks (bar the two lemans ones with the long as straights) It has very good handling and acceleration braking and launch. I just need to find out how to make it quicker any suggestions would be awesome.
This is a great idea for sure! I just started tuning a little over a week ago, so don’t expect much lol.
GT: L KingDread L
Car: Mercury Cougar Eliminator
Tune Name: Speed Build
Tune Class: A
What track/tracks it is tuned for: Spa/Road America (full)
I also should mention that I have been tuning with TCS on, and I know you don’t use TCS, but I believe anything you think that needs improving without TCS, would just help me with TCS anyways. So I definitely look forward to hearing your opinion and any advice you could give on improvements. I’m a big boy and can take criticism, so let me have it!
Hey there, here’s a tune for the '70 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 for you to get stuck into! Hope you enjoy.
GT: TehCrazehCatMan
Tune Name: Z28 TCCM
Tune Class: C 500
What track/tracks it is tuned for: Built for the Road America/Road Atlanta tracks, it is not too much of a handful, but found it is potent in C class lobbies on these tracks. I will set an LB time for you, since i don’t hotlap so much. EDIT - Just run 3 laps of Road America, Standard, Time set was 2:29:680 (Pos. 703rd), hope this gives you a reference point
episode 2 completed and will be up on YouTube later today. Testing for tomorrow will include honurbly airbrn, king dread, and nox derpyhooves. If time permits, I will also do tehcrazehcatman. If not then that will be in episode 4 catman.
I usually like your tunes Claret and this one is no different. I did have some issues with the brake bias though, rear end wants to really kick out. Maybe check that but I cant remember many other issues…video is rendering now for YouTube and should be up shortly!
Claret – During Eagle’s review today your M3 looked really good! I loved the sound of that car. Can’t wait to download the build/tune in awhile and test it out.
