The Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon series of games are under the regulations contained in the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, as are posts here on these forums covered by the Code of Conduct hereon. Items in violation (like in your post, or within the games) are removed from public view.
There is a reason (and your post is a prime example) for bans: As for content which you have been caught posting in Vinyls of FM6 going back to December, 2015, and more recently on July 21, 2016, the Live rules apply to everyone:
"What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?
(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of Content prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn’t on this list doesn’t mean it’s OK.)
Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:
Profane words or phrases
Content that is controversial. For example:
Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content"
The contact information for Turn 10, which administers the games in accordance to the regulations, as listed in the Code of Conduct for Forzamotorsport.net Community Forums (linked above) and also posted hundreds of times on these forums.
Violate either Code, and a ban will follow, it is pretty simple. Posting Vinyls with complaints about the rules which include implied profanity, is yet another violation. Perhaps you need to read and understand the regulations, because the third time ban is a permanent ban.
