Just look at the picture above, and apparently I break the homologation requirements even though I have met all the requirements and the game still tells me to homologate my car.
This is an occasional bug that I’ve seen in other Forzas going back to at least Forza 2. Your real horse power is something like 600.4 which exceeds the 600HP limit, but rounds down to 600HP for display.
