Screen shot says it all. I’ve seen this with other parts where the HP meets the requirement exactly. It’s not limited to this car or even this engine swap. It can be any engine part, turbo, supercharger that hits HP exactly.

This is every exact HP combination for homologation I’ve been able to find so far.
Every HP has a rounding issue? Sounds unlikely.
Either way you put it, it’s poor and confusing user experience.
What you could try is put on a part that makes your score worse (like a heavy wheel-rim, or rollcage) and then try that engine swap again.
