Race or Rally springs and dampers will NOT be allowed on your build, everything else including ARB including street/sport springs and dampers can be used, so even those new to tuning can take the plunge and have a go at this.
You will choose, build and tune a car to be run at a course somewhere in Forza Horizon 2.
The class and track details will be made known when the competition starts.
Yor worried you may not be fast enough to run your car?
Don’t worry a test driver will be responsible for running everyone’s build at the track chosen.
We can then provide a comparison of whose car/build/tune was the quickest and who gets the wooden spoon for the sloweest.
Test driver will hopefully provide a little bit of feedback for each entry

Other notes: Once you are happy with your car, send a pm to myself via HLR.CLUB site or Forzamotosport.net site with details of car/build/tune, once submitted your car cannot be altered so make sure that’s the final build.
Each car will be run the same amount of laps to record a quickest time.
Details of times and people’s builds will be posted after the closing date (if you do not wish your build to be made public please say so in the pm)

First off thanks to all those that took part and entered a car.
Apologies if the time recorded was slower than your fast laps, I ran 6 lap’s per car, those 6 lap’s meant I had to get use to your car/build/tune and hopefully get a quick lap at some point, also used a manual gearbox.
On a different note, Handheldbee09, downloaded your D class 131 Abarth !!! What a beast 10 tens on all sisteron tracks (and elsewhere), think I might even have beaten one of yours times in it !!
Glad you like it, was saying elsewhere about"sod’s law, you put something up as opensource or on the sharefront then people start to beat you with your own work, lol. No problems it’s going to happen and thnks for using the car.
Yea already had a few eyebrows raised about that but this little comp im running is for fun and was hoping to entice some novice or even first timers to have a go as it’s not pure tuning of all parts.
So this means no Race**:** brakes, springs, anti-roll bars, roll-cage, weight reduction, transmission.
Can they be Sport?
So we are tuning**:** Tire pressure, Camber, Toe, Caster, Aero downforce and Differentials?
No you can use other race/rally parts but not on the springs and gearbox I think. Bee can you be specific on the parts you can’t upgrade to race or rally please?
Suspension is vague since nothing in game is called “suspension.” The whole build and tuning except engine could be considered suspension technically. I just want things clear as mud
