I’m just shy of 34,000 downloads and am still at elite. I know I have tons of uses and some likes. Why can I not level up to legend tuner?
Because your combined total (downloads, uses, likes) isn’t at 50,000 yet.

There is other gamers with 9500 and they are legend. There is no way it can be combined 50,000. This is very hard to understand. I’ve contacted forza and never get replies.
It is 50,000 Combined, but Uses and Likes are not shown. The ones with only 9500 downloads probably have a lot of uses and likes to make up for it. More like Quality vs Quantity and having had those designs out early as well to get those uses.
