So the traffic and ai still feel the same from number 2 which really puts me of the game as I like to find good spots and drift but withing two seconds there’s like 8 normal cars and 5 ai all just crashing in you and its so annoying I no this won’t affect some and some fan boys will be like get a life but I’ve beem playing since forza 1 and I feel like they just keep getting note buggy And just milking the fans now I hope turn10 or playground will let us turn off traffic or even just online like number 1
Other than that for me the game is brillant and looks the part just annoying getting slammed into all the time

if I’m in the mood to drift I usually find an open field so I don’t have to worry about traffic. the thing that I keep messing up with is I forget its Australia and the traffic is on the other side of the road. lol
Same here, I also end up driving at the wrong side of the road.
And it seems we are not the only ones as I have seen a lot of drivatars that also drive on the right side. So in the end it becomes a bit complicated as normal traffic drives on the left side but drivatars seem to drive both left and right.
Safest place seems to be in the forest lol.
I always remember way back in a Horizon 1 Q&A session, PG said that they didn’t want seamless open world multiplayer like Test Drive Unlimited because they didn’t want to have to deal with wreckers constantly crashing into them.
Ironic that I’ve had more Drivatars crash into me in Horizon 1 & 2 than I’ve had players ram me off the road in TDU 1, 2 and The Crew combined…

I have to say, the Horizon 3 drivatars seem to be remarkably well-behaved in traffic on my hand… Often driving on the left side of the road and not pulling the suicidal stunts that were the norm in Horizon 2. That being said, I don’t know if this good behavior will hold - after all, a learning AI will only be as good as its teachers.

The drivatars do seem to have kept their favourite thing: attempting to pass their opponent at the perfect time to cause a head-on crash with the player.

Honestly, the AI and drivatars are the only things keeping from getting a 3 star on the drift section in the demo
And sometimes a lack of skill but you know.
Honestly though how do you fix it? I don’t know if you can exactly make them avoid the drift section per say.
In FH2 you could start an online freeroam and make it invite-only. There’d still be “normal” traffic, but no maniac drivatars. Hopefully it’ll be the same in this one.
