On the old forums there was a thread about Basher making his new adapter for the Fanatec Clubsport Pedals and the TX wheel. (Cant wait for that to be available)
In that forum someone with a much higher electrical engineering knowledge than I was posting do-it-yourself schematics.
I’m wondering if said engineer or anyone else out there has/could figure out how to use the TH8RS Shifter with the Thrustmaster TX wheel. I’m not sure if it makes it easier but I’m only looking to use it in the sequential pattern, the 6 speed setup would be nice but not necessary. I’m willing to do my own soldering and up for a challenge.

This thread is question not a statement.
Im just wondering if people can figure out how to make other mods maybe someone could figure out how to use the TH8RS with the TX wheel. Not asking someone to make the adapter, just the knowledge behind it. I’m confident I could get parts and solder on my own.
Hey guys. 
The answer is almost certainly yes. The how is uncertain at this point as I am still waiting for Thrustmaster to fully enable the shifter port on the TX. Them having chosen this route for the shifter/wheel opens up some cool potential. Once the port is working, the fun can start.
On a more technical note. The only way to do this without hacking up the TH8RS is to have a device act as a USB host for the TH8RS, since it’s a USB device. I have something available that already does this for Fanatec wheels so my hope is that a something as simple as a firmware change to my adapter will get things working.
That said, the CPX is not capable of doing this. The CPX is for pedals only.
