As it’s C/500 the races are rather short, typically 1 lap shorter than previous Leagues. Sometimes a race would end just as a good battle picks up.
As with almost all Multiplayer races, the average race length appears to be around 6 minutes.
In FM5 I pretty much only raced in the Forza GT/GT Endurance hoppers, the races were roughly 15 minutes each and they were awesome. 6 mins is way too short IMO.

Yea I am hoping to get the Ferrari sometime when my connection is working.
^ +1. Only one that’s longer is SPA. Besides that it let’s the race settle for some longer close battles, it also allows for decent time for a come -back when taken out/wrecked at the start or first few corners.
I’ve seen quite a bit of you guys racing via EMW CANNELL’s twitch feed. The racing has looked really skilled and close and akin to some of the organised stuff I regularly watch. See you later on no doubt…
Didn’t realise it was being streamed. The EMW guys seem to be going all-in this week; normally it’s just Ivorbigun but Cannell and Smiler are in there as well.
I’m thinking about that night race on Spa (Sunday I think). You and ForceOne141 doing the old 1-2 on the last lap. It looked a real battle - right down to the wire. I’m not gonna disclose who got the bragging rights

Racing so far has been awesome, there are some great S2000 build/tunes out there. The racing with some has been as good as it gets.
I managed top 10 at Silverstone GP in the wet, I must say I’m quite happy with that as it was my own tune. 
Looking forward to tonight’s racing.
I had a good scrap with ForceOne at Catalunya as well, bumper-to-bumper for 4 laps.
I still need to settle on a speed car for whenever Daytona shows up. Right now I’ve got the Nissan Fairlady but haven’t seen the track come up yet (since Sunday).

We’ve had some absolutely wicked battles today. There was some serious 3 wide action and a handful of races with 7 or 8 cars running nose to tail for 4 laps! I don’t know how we managed to keep from wrecking, but it sure was epic.
I came over to league racing last week in desperation as multiplayer is a disaster, and in the Elite Division Vintage league I quickly found that some people were racing! To my complete delight I have been racing some of the best and closest racing I have ever been a part of. I quickly made a number of new friends and recognize people who take part regularly and found the lobbies to be fantastic racing when players have shown race skills and awareness like I thought I would likely never see. There are a few participants who use rather more of the ‘Track’ than I am but votes have been used to “clean the room” and worked because of the communication and the common goal of some good racing. I want to say a big thanks to all I have raced with for such close competitive racing - THANKS
I race my own tunes generally and I endeavour to race clean and fair - if I hit you I will pull over - I do not cut - I use no assists except not sim steering. See you on the track all of you keep it up this is brilliant!

I put a supercharged V8 in a Fairlady for Daytona. Not sure it can keep up with a well-tuned S2000, according to the leaderboards it can’t, but that might be my lack of tuning and/or driving skills. As I like not driving S2000s all the time, it’s a fun ride! Shared the tune in case anyone wants to give it a go.

A Ghost is enjoyable. Still a lot of corner cutting and quitting going on. If you are not in the top of the pack it is problematic. Luckily that’s where I have been for the most part in this league. When you are not they all start quitting which makes your position even worse. It really annoying if you are in a class that you aren’t that good at, you somehow crawl yourself to mid-pack and they all quit behind you. Happened in the P class ghosts for me. I just couldn’t do well in that Peugeot 905C and when I would get to maybe mid-pack the quitting would destroy my position that was not great to begin with. There needs to be more balance there is always one car that seems to overpower all the others and if that isn’t the car for you than it’s no fun.
I thought having EMW in your name meant you got auto-promoted to Pinnacle anyway

I have to learn how to carry my speed better, other then that this has been one of my favorites. Now if only voice chat in the lobby would work correctly…
Do you really need to hear a bunch of trolls talking?? Most of the time I start an empty party so I don’t have to hear weird noises and people leaving their kinects on or playing music. It isn’t like they are gonna give you communication to help with the race. I wish that was the case. Helps to tell people where you are passing but these trolls won’t care.
People know how to be respectful in pinnacle. Having a mic is usually a must for the level of racing

If only we could record the past 10 minutes so that races at the ring and such can be filmed completely. I have 1 replay where I went from 13th to 1st at LeMans but I only got the last 2 laps
