Overal I’m dissapointed with the car packs so far and being a season pass owner I can’t help but feel I could have (should have) avoided getting it…I know the clue is in the title but I would be much happier about this if the pass allowed for a choice of which car packs I wanted rather than simply forcing me to take them as they are released-so I for one will never pre-pay for anything Forza ever again and I’m afraid that includes version 6.

I don’t think i’ll be getting this pack. I’m going to see whether any future packs include racecars and histiric GP cars before i take the plunge again. Glad i skipped the Car Pass this time which is a sad thing to say…

I Think it look’s actually pretty nice, tons of classy old school muscle car’s & i don’t think a lot of these car’s were in any other forza game’s? i see a few new one’s i think, i don’t remember right off hand, but i’m sure their are new vehicle’s… i just wish they would open the marketplace already, i’m saving for the car pass, but it will be time!
I Also dislike the fact there’s only few “New” Car’s in FM5’s DLC!.. I think they should make a pack of nothing but “New” Car’s. Or Half “New” Car’s & “Half” Race Car’s. Something like that, also hoping some of the pack’s may have 11 car’s like FM4 had! For 49.99$ it just doesn’t feel right. 29.99$ i’d spit right up, but 49.99$. Nope nope, look’s like i’ll have to wait month’s before i’ll be getting any FM5 DLC.
The detail is amazing in the photo’s of the car’s as well! the Pontiac’s rear look’s very detailed, as do they all!.. hope there’s no glitches again, & an update that nail’s some key issue’s in FM5.
Really need’s more track’s!.. Reversed Track Pattern’s for Spa, Bathurst, & Laguna Seca! Shouldn’t be to hard for them to cook up. i’d really like to race those Single track’s in Reverse. & See the # Of Lap’s when going through the Event’s & “Bonus Races” Area.
I Also would like to see the whole League Area open up a bit more, with MORE Race’s!.. cause it look’s like its ending fast, & there is no “Single Player Drag Race’s”, i really think they should of included a whole “Showcase Drag Video” & Drag League’s/Series’s Of Event’s in each League, or AKA “Drag Bonus Track’s”
Thank’s for the new DLC Car’s! They “Look” Great!.. I can’t wait to get my hand’s on them to tune & paint away. one day… one day… lol!

Out of the entire car wish list thread we get an entire DLC car pack of cars we had in FM 4 right? Can someone please provide us with a reason other than this was just easier for us? I mean c’mon. Some new cars here!! What’s the next car pack have in store for us? That Ford station wagon and the GMC van?

I have no doubt in my mind that both will be DLC for FM5. That way, they’ll have been DLC in every game they appeared in.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen another game offer the same content for DLC two games in a row.
The fact of the matter is, Turn 10- like any game developer- is a business. They’re not here to grant your hopes and dreams. And the products they produce do not grant your hopes and dreams, no matter how much you like them. They’re just products, after all. And it is in a business’ best interest to make a product as cheaply as possible to maximize profits. As a consumer, it’s your job to buy what you deem is appropriate for the amount of money it is offered for. My advice to everyone complaining is, if you really DON’T like it, please don’t buy it. That way the business is sent a message that they need to redouble their efforts to achieve acceptable profit.
And yes, the forums do cover only a small amount of the playerbase. And the DLC buyers are another small percentage. That’s all fine and good when you were making arguments in the past. But for FM5 the popular opinion is actually against Turn 10, especially with the coverage of the microtransactions. They’ve been vilified and they’re not making a good enough effort to fight back against it. It’s an uphill battle.

Is this some sort of joke!? They say they have to re scan every car so why are they not scanning new and exciting Cars!?!?!?!? Instead of giving us crap like this. Surely the majority has to be unhappy bout this pack!?
Not at all impressed with any of the DLC packs, especially this one. Don’t see much point in paying 50 bucks for pass to get cars that were mostly in FM4. I will continue to vote with my wallet.
It’s a good job this thread isn’t for discussing recently released DLC cars new to Forza. Would be a very short thread.
I’ve tried and tried to see a good side to the release of 9 repeated cars, but the only thing I can think so far is there should be no glitches with the new car pack.
I don’t expect the pack to have 10 race cars, or even 10 brand new cars. But at least half should be brand new, and the car range should be enough to satisfy the wide variety if users. No sense having all these GP tracks with no race cars.

I’m hopeful for the FF, but am prepared to be let down…
Only car I’m interested in is the Alfa.
1: Why do they keep putting more useless old muscle cars in dlc’s? As if we don’t have enough already and they’re so terrible they really can’t be used for anything.
2: I’d rather have one new track than a car pack.
3: It seems to me like forza 5, along with its dlc’s is more catered to new comers and people who think cars are cool but don’t know anything about them. This is the first forza game to lean more on the “cool” than the realistic.
This dlc is ridiculous, stop giving us cars that are cool but useless and give us something good.

I know we all like different things but with regards to muscle cars being terrible and not useful you may want to take a look at the D, C and even some B class leaderboards.
The older muscle cars can be very useful.

What about race cars? This is the second pack in a row without them… I think car packs should be crafted in order to please the most number of car fans that’s possible, and out there there are many (me included) that reallly like race cars from every era and kind.
I don’t know if T10 has USCC licence, but there are some awesome GT3 cars, some from the previous game like the McLaren MP4/12C GT3 and Audi R8 LMS, that should be also in Forza 5.
And also some P cars from Forza 4 should be come back, alongside with new models (like the Toyota TS-030 Hybrid)
