DLC not showing up in Forza 5??

Just downloaded the Smoking Tire Car Pack and I received a message saying the 33 Stradale was gifted but I am unable to access any of the cars. They still appear as ‘DLC’. The 33 Stradale was gifted and it does appear in my Garage but I have no access to it, instead it says I have to purchase the DLC when it clearly shows that this DLC is already installed. My account was charged for this and I have no access to it. What gives? I’ll try and contact T10.

Are you a Car Pass owner or just the Smoking Tire pack owner? Try backing all the way out of the game, turn off the console, unplug it, restart, check to see if you can access the car, and if not, go to the dashboard and Manage Add-ons for the game, uninstall and reinstall the car pack.

I’m not a Car Pass owner, just the Smoking Tires Car Pack. I backed all the way out but I haven’t unplugged it tho. When going to Manage Add-ons, the DLC doesn’t appear at all but when I click on the DLC itself I get a message saying I already own this DLC and it still shows ‘Installed’. It’s beginning to bug me but I’ll do a complete shut down and see what happens.

I had a problem with the 33 showing up too im not sure when it finally did but I have it now im assuming after my xbox updated. Also try clicking on the cars in game to see if that works. For some reason even though you own car pass etc. It still lets you do weird things in the store front.

Try turning off the Xbox completely, you can do this by holding the power button for 5-8 seconds. The Xbox is going to turn off and when you turn it on again, it will take more time than usual (like 30-40 seconds). Hope it helps!

Weird… I disabled my wireless network, powered down Xbox, turned it back on after dinner, re-enabled my wireless network, entered Forza 5 and viola! The CarPack, the 33 Stradale, everything was there and working fine. I’ll remember this next time… haha

Sounds like another instant on problem.

I finally gave up after all the problems that created and turn my xbox power setting to “power saving” and have had zero issues since. FIFA framerates were dropping if I didn’t hard restart for a week or two, all sorts of issues. Not a problem since.
