Took the kids to see it today. They loved it, so did I! lol
It’s one of those where there’s something for the kids and adults. Plenty of cameos and actual actors reprising their lego-ised roles. Lots of gags, and some cool inventive animation. If you’ve played any of the lego games you know the kind of things to expect, it’s just in a movie the scope is so much massively bigger!
Anyone with kids, go watch it. Anyone without kids, go watch it too!
Only games my Mrs likes are the lego games and we will be seeing this when it finally comes out here in Oz (despite being made here we are the second last country in the world to get it - just before her birthday though).
I agree, saw it with my son on monday. Plenty of laugh out loud moments for both kids and adults.
I even bought the game, so we can play that. After we have finished Harry Potter…LOL.
I though it was funny that they used OCTANE as the evil co.
I had a really awkward but funny moment were I could not find my pants to get on and then I remembered the movie (I said the exact thing the guy said) and it was funny!

funnest part was were the NBA all stars tried to hit them with the basket ball, anyone else?
Saw it yesterday it’s a great movie should have been longer though.
Probably my third best movie.
