Can somebody please help
ok so first. I cant access social, clubs, rivals and marketplace tabs at the pause menu. im up to championship 3 and all my mates have unlocked these features by then.
It also says “The Forza Horizon 2 server is not currently available.” when my friends are playing in a free roam. PLEASE OH PLEASE I HOPE THIS GAME WASNT A WASTE OF MONEY

{Stuff Ive Tried}
1.Hard Reset (hold down power for 10 secs)
2.Uninstall reinstall multiple times

Help me o good people of the forums, your my last hope

The features you mention will unlock once you have completed the third championship and upon returning to the festival hub for the “awards ceremony”.

As for the servers, I am not experiencing any issues on my end either. Have you ensured your modem permits communication with the necessary ports?

I’m in New Zealand and I’ve been getting the server down message for over 24 hours now. Where are you based.

same here i just got on after a couple of days not playing and it says the same thing it maybe the oceania servers are down or slow

There have been some Xbox Live issues over the last 72 hours or so: Xbox Support Try this link for the current status (or the one for your regional area), and it wouldn’t hurt to contact Xbox Live Support from the Contact Us link at the bottom of the above URL.

Im also having the same issues for over a week now! and still counting…

Yeah, same issues for myself also, nearly a fortnight now of “Servers unavailable” as if it wont even try, just resorting to that error for every single online feature, despite trying every single possible solution I have found, and its not a small game to re-install either haha,

Even a complete console shutdown to clear the temporary memory cache (and, I’m not talking about just turning off your console and turning it back on)?

Even yanking the power brick overnight several times, along with trying the soft off and power saving shut down options mixed in as well, router configuration changes as well as reboots, ports opened, even DMZ’ing the entire console, I was able to “force check” and find a system and controller update and apply those, and after that, 2x full re-installs of the entire game, even trying desperate stuff like signing out, launching FH2, and then signing in when the game asks you to, everything setup and configuration wise is perfect, GTA V, Forza 5, every other game I have currently works perfect online, and I have another 9+ months of gold, its just that every single feature in FH2 is “unavailable” yet my game world is chock full of my friends current drivertars, so it should work like everything else haha, but no luck at all, the worst part is I have a few million in Forza rewards sitting there that I cant even access, so im also broke in game too D:

yup I have also tried all the above. my NAT type was Strict but i set static IP addresses and port forwarded and am now NAT type Open. however ive been on n off the fone the last two days to Xbox support and my ISP and they both cant seem to help. its really strange I too have no trouble playing forza 5 or GTA5 either just seems to be forza H2…
