Tesla Model S

Shouldn’t the P90D with…sorry WITH LUDICROUS MODE HAVE, sorry have 720odd HP? it is only showing as 532hp (713ft-lb) which is way less that even the lesser spec P85D WITHOUT LUDICROUS MODE in FM6. Have they used the specs for the Horizon 2 P85+ (I think it was, not to sure) by accident?

You’re right. I noticed that too.

I also noticed that the Ferrari F50 is an A class car as well … and the handling rating for the two and a half ton Tesla is higher than the handling rating of the Ferrari F50.

Uh, WHAT?

I’ve bought and tuned the F50 and is does handle good, but haven’t drivren the Tesla yet. But there’s no way it’s handling should even be in the same ballpark as the F50. In the real world, it doesn’t handle near as good as the M5 or CTS-V, let alone an F50.

I don’t understand what’s up with FH3’s Tesla. The numbers shown for it puts it with cars that handle well but aren’t especially straight line quick or fast. That can’t be right. Hopefully those numbers are a lie.

The F50’s class may have something to do with its tires. I’ve noticed changing tires gives a HUGE boost to class rating in this game.

I don’t have a problem with how the F50 is represented though. It drives well, handles well. But I’ve driven a Tesla in the real world. It’s almost 5000 pounds and the acceleration is amazing considering the weight. And the handling is good but only if your are considering the weight and judging on a sliding scale. Physics still applies and there’s absolutely no way that Tesla should have the same handling stats as an F50, or Lamborghini Countach, or really any A class car. The only reason a Tesla should be in A class is the acceleration. They gave the Tesla a 6.9 handling rating, which for an A class car build to A800 in this game makes it a handling car. That ain’t right. I’d buy 5.9 … not 6.9.

Haven’t had a chance to buy that Tesla yet, too busy having the game telling me my bids fail in the auction house, but shouldn’t it have oh idk LUDICROUS MODE since it’s advertised in the title of the car?

Even with upgrades it only goes to 692hp which still isn’t right for the model used. Also I thought the 2016 Model S did away with the faux grille?
.

The problem is how the power is measured. When you just add the hp of the front motors and the rear motors you get 762hp, but due to limitations of the batteries among other things, the car can produce “only” 532hp. See these articles:

Alright I see, thanks by the way. So Technically the P85D in FM6 is the one that’s wrong, Its hard to keep up and while the Model S is still relatively new to the Forza series, we must of had eleventytweleve different versions.

Yep, Tesla told a fib when they said it had over 700hp.

Hopefully they get sued by people who bought based on those false advertising claims. Even if they technically specified how it was measured they clearly intended to deceive.

Is there a way to put it in ludicrous mode or is it always in it

Pretty bummed out that it doesn’t run out of charge… Took a standard Tesla Model S on the goliath lap with simulation damage on and the charge indicator never moved. I was hoping this was realistic and the car went into limp mode, or at least that it would run out of charge. I had heard about cars running out of gas on the goliath lap, the Tesla showed full charge.

I know it’s something that seems stupid to be disappointed with but I was really disappointed that limp mode didn’t happen and that I didn’t lose any charge.
