I am getting very bad fps after upgrading my CPU. When i launch the game gpu stays 90%+ and i am getting less than 60fps and i were able to get 72 fps (locked) with just 60 to 75% gpu usage with exact same settings.
Sometimes windows does some peculiar things when you do a hardware swap and don’t do a clean install of the OS and drivers.
A friend got the i7 9700k and he noticed it gets quite hot. Check your temps?
