T10 Need help, game wont LOAD, getting Error msg, & MS support has been contacted. need HELP

Hope someone from the T10 Staff sees this and can help me out here, or just someone who knows what to do!!

This morning i got a msg with an error code, and game wouldnt load, so contacted Microsoft support, who said i had to delete my profile from the machine and the game aswell.

Thats done and reinstalled, the game is a download version from my bundle i bought here in Denmark when it was released a few weeks ago…

The Error code is now gone, but now i get this message

I have no idea what to do, tried everything now, and the game just wont load, and well im a painter and spend the whole weekend making logo’s saved my game as always, and now this!!!

Hope someone can help me out here, cause im lost right now, next thing is im gonna try the Danish phone support tommorow, but not sure if they can help, so hope someone from Turn10 knows this problem and have a solution…

Ok after 1.5 hour talk with Xbox Support ysterday, and everything were tried, we came to rebotting the whole system setting it back to when i started it up :slight_smile:

After another 8 hours of getting the game it finally worked, so now i hope it stays this way, but gotta say, this has been like waiting for Xmas and then finally getting my gift, and then the box is empty…

So if anyone else will get this problem, and nothing works then try setting it back to 0 and start all over :slight_smile:
