i has buy ALL Forza 4 DLC & PASS & VIP ( on X360 2011~2012 )，
but i can’t found my [ November Speed / December IGN / January Jalopnik / March Pirelli / Top Gear ] Packs DLC on my download history ，
i want my all digital assets back ，
MS Customer service only Compensation to me 5 USD$ ，
why T10 sell Self-destruct DLC 。
T10 must send me code to re download them ALL。

If you had already purchased the content then you should deal with Xbox Live and NOT T10 if you are having issues downloading the packs you have purchased prior to them going End of Life.

when i tried to search to FM4 dlc car packs, i have to check ‘unknown’ downloads to find them

Lol. This isn’t Turn10’s problem, Its either your account, console, or microsofts problem. Turn10 designs and codes the cars to be in the game, once they finish they release it to Microsoft for them to put it on the marketplace therefore out of Turn10’s hand at this point. And good luck getting an email back to them on this man, they don’t respond to 99% of the emails people send to them.

Have you actually tried checking your Xbox 360 purchase history? I have done this and I still have the option to download previous DLC from FM4 even though it has been delisted, anything YOU purchase should be still tied to your account, heck I still have my FM3 DLC in my purchase history.

  1. Go here: Sign in to your Microsoft account
  2. Login
  3. Under Xbox 360 select ‘Game Addon’

The best bet is to use your browser and not the Xbox 360 as I think it doesn’t show it all.
