Syncronising FM5 but nothing happens!!

Hey Everyone

Just got my FM5, finally :wink: and this is still new to me the Xbox One and stuff…

At the moment im trying to get on the game, but it keeps syncronising with the “cloud” and gives me an error code which i cant look up.
Says i need to delete my game files and then it will syncronise later with the Cloud again…

Only prob is i painted several hours yesterday and now im like no please no dont let me have to start all over again…

I cant even play it offline…

My game is a download that was in the bundle i bought, been playing Forza the last 6+ yeasr so not new to this, just new to this dammed machine…

Home with the flue and just want to play a bit and now i cant due no idea why, just wont let me play :frowning:

Hey only thing I can suggest is a hard reset of the console, hold your finger on the white button on front on console for around 6sec, console will power off, unplug power brick from the wall and leave for around 3min, reconnect and see if that helped.

Also when you finish playing games always make sure to goto the home, press start button on controller while hovering over the game you were playing and select quit, always a good idea to close the game before powering off console.

Well ended up contacting Support and ive been removing my profile and game and now im wating for the game to install again :frowning:

Hope i havnt deleted anything though…

The thing about closing the game, could you help me with how to do that, cause didnt knew that!!

I just go to the start page and shut it off without doing any of that, didnt knew how to :confused:

Yeah it’s always good to close the game fully by selecting quit from the home, and with fm5 I always back out to the main menu, then il go to the home and select quit game, instead of just going from multiplayer etc, and the hard reset fixes most issues, it’s not permanant but will be temp fix for the most common issues.

To fully quit a game… When you finish playing forza or any other game, goto the home, hover over the game you were playing, press start and select quit.
