The last time this happened to me, it was around last December or January. Basically, one day, the game crashed and I decided to restart it. When I did, it said syncing data for FH2, to which I let it go all the way through (taking multiple hours to complete).
Eventually the game started, but with the opening sequence as if I had just bought the game. I was like “hmm, I guess something went wrong, but Ill go through the cinematics until I can play, maybe its just a glitch.” To my surprise, it asked me to pick a starting vehicle. After picking one, I checked the garage, and all 200+ of my cars were gone, and my 5million+ credits I had been saving up were gone as well. WTF.
I contacted Xbox support, but they couldn’t help. Eventually, I was like F this, and just played it through again. I just got myself up to around 75 nicely tuned cars, and BAM! happened again. Not sure what to do. Its weird because when I played, I would go through speed traps, and they had already been done by me, when it said a road was discovered, it would show that on the leaderboard, I had already discovered all 315. My previous level was something around 280, and now, im at nothing. PLEASE HELP!!!

And again for me too, but PG/T10 are finished making money off the game, so the support ended as well.
Basically, sucks to be us.
