Now, since you didn’t label your settings I have to assume they go in the same order as they go in the tuning menus in the game. Therefore, you’re damping settings seem rather off - the larger numbers should be your Rebound with the smaller numbers your bump. You do not want to see a bump setting of 13 in the front. Try the following:
Damping —>Rebound: 13 front / 12.8 rear
Damping —> Bump: 1.2 front / 1.2 rear
Put your ride height lower in the front than in the rear. This will help keep your car glued to the ground.
It’s a drag race, there are no corners and therefore no turning. This means you should use all you can to help with straight line stability and speed. Feel free to decrease your rear toe settings. Try minus half a degree and you could probably even go as far out as minus a degree. Just try out what produces the fastest times but anywhere to the left of 0 will stabilize the rear end and increase straight line performance. I’d do this on the rear for sure and you may even benefit from a slight negative toe in front.
Camber - you want the biggest contact patch with the road while traveling in a straight line: [Take a look here for a simplified understanding of suspension set up](http://www.rapid-racer.com/suspension-tuning.php#Damping/ Bump and Rebound).
Your tire pressure is a bit low. Is that typical for a drag set up? I know you want it lower than for a race or a street car but that seems to be going too low. Have you tried around the 20 - 24 range?
