I am very disappointed of the support i’ve been “getting”. I sent you an email last week and wrote on the Forza Motorsport 6 support thread about basically the loyalty reward system not only giving me 33% of my 15 Million ingame credits and 1 car less I should have gotten. I wrote you with a mature language like now, but still, I hear the sound of grasshoppers. This ain’t the first time this has occured that I haven’t been helped even though I made a request. This is not the way to handle these things… Do I really need to put screenshots of me owning 300+ cars across FM4, Horizon, Horizon 2 (XB1) so you dont have to look it up? I am disappointed.

There were delays for many people before the rewards site showed the updated “owned cars”. For me, it said I would get 6 mil for maybe a week and a half after I updated my FM4 and FH2 garages to over 300 cars. it updated for me the week before FM6 launched.

If you played FM6 before your count updated then I don’t think you will get this money now. The same goes for your tier level. If the rewards didnt update before you played FM6, I don’t think you’ll get the extra car.

Its no big deal, the rewards system gives you regular cash and in-game credits are easy enough to get. and it sounds like you are starting with $5 mil. This is ALL bonus. The developer doesn’t owe it to you.

you would have been getting 500k monthly…it is now being paid weekly…also that 100 k might be an extra payment from going up a tier within that week
at tier 7 you would be getting 300,000 per week
