I have had a couple tiers of rewards, on here, tell me that I am getting credits that it doesn’t bother giving me. My first tier listed that I would receive nearly 400,000 in rewards credit, for previous game play. Instead I received 75,000, which was only the amount of one of the highest payouts. The following day was probably closer to 100,000, but when I claimed my rewards, I got no credits and no messages stating I had credits to claim. Then I open up Forza hub, this morning, and because I have accessed it, it has additional rewards. It tells me that I have won 500,000 credits and 2 cars, which will most-likely show up in about 4 hrs. It has now been 8 hrs and I have received no cars or credits. Real shocker there! News flash Turn 10! If your going to tell someone that they have won something, you really should give it to them, instead of stiffing them on everything.
Are you sure you understand the rewards? I have never seen cars given out via rewards. Rewards are credits only. Cars are given out by T10 via messages.
Cars were given out as loyalty rewards for Forza 6.
Yes, but they were not given out on the hub rewards. They were gifted via messages.
Tier 1 rewards are not $400k, I think tier 9 only gets 425k. I think you are looking at total rewards claimed for the $400k number and next tier rewards for the $75k. And I assume it’s showing you the 2 loyalty car you already won when you started the game, you don’t get a car every time you up your tier. It’s a one time gift when you first start the game.
Tier 9 is 350k, Tier 10 is 425k and Tier 11 is 500k.
Sorry, but Tier 4 is only 75k per week. You must have been looking at the total number of reward credits you claimed since playing FM6.
Rewards? WTH would I do with rewards? Im level 670-ish and I’m over 321,000,000 credits just from driving and league payouts.
I try to figure something out, is this a stab at not getting rewards or at too many rewards ?
I miss when they did give cars out as rewards, but that was all way back to FM4 and FH. I notice they are slowing reintroducing some features we had back in those games, so I still hope they will give out cars again. Since the rewards have gone to a weekly format they are kind of lame, but still bonus credits are bonus credits. As an idea maybe give out a bonus car for a tier at the end of the year to say thank you for playing our games, something that shows fans the appreciate our loyalty, even if we complain about one thing or another.

I had been Tier 7, and had been consistently earning 200k weekly rewards for FM6 and FH2. As of yesterday or the day before perhaps, I moved up to Tier 8, and now it shows that my weekly rewards are 75k?! WTH?
When you go up a tier, you instantly get the additional reward the next tier brings, and in this case Tier 8 awards an extra 75k compared to Tier 7. If you’ve already claimed your rewards for the week and then advance a tier before the next redemption period, then you can only claim the difference (in this case, 75k). Beginning with the next redemption period, you’ll get your full rewards (in this case, 275k).
I thought about this last night and suspected that may have been what happened. Thanks for clearing things up!
Who even bothers with the Hub tier rewards? Wheel spins give you more money than you will ever need.

For somebody who only plays a couple times a week, if that, 200k every 7 days was a very welcome bonus.
I’m simply curious to know why after moving up a Tier, my rewards appear to have gone down.
