So, I usually never make a post on the forums, but this has me a bit confused and conflicted. Every week I normally collect my Forza Reward CR from the Forza Hub. I’ve been so busy lately though I wasn’t able to do it every Thursday night per usual. So I wake up Friday morning coincidentally 4:20, turn on my One to collect my weekly free CR and tried loading FM5, FH2 & FM6 to find out I didn’t receive my gifted money at all. I didn’t get the notification for GIFTED MONEY as I usually do. Can someone explain this logic to me or am I just out of luck not getting my near $1 million of CR for this week?
There was clearly something a matter with FMnet today (until moments ago the last post was 12 hours ago), maybe that has something to do with it - dunno, just offering a theory - I would take the wait and see approach given there was clearly something going on with FMnet
Yea, I was having all sorts of problems trying to access the forums yesterday.
Me three, I couldn’t get onto the forza site after i collected. Got an error retrieving acct. info.
seems to be sorted today, i’d chalk it up to an isolated incident. i’ve never prior had an issue with weekly rewards. I imagine it will appear today.

There was definitely a major issue yesterday as far as accessing the site but it has cleared up today and I was able to redeem. Once I get home I’ll be able to collect. It should be noted that they do say it can take up to 4 hours for redeemed credits to show up in game so even if they are often instant I have had that delay in the past.
