I have a suggestion: add an option to add each car to “Favorites” (and ofc remove a car from “Favorites”) and also in the car selection screen before each race - display “Favorites” first and then the recommended cars.

All this is already possible and no more than two keypresses away…
Garage->Opions->Add car to favorites
Car selection->Filter->Mark Favorites(1st entry)…
