Has anybody else noticed that both these cars aren’t on the Horizon Promo list for some reason? If so, why is that? I feel like they should be there.
Raptor HE and Brat HE are included in the horizon promo list.
I see now however I never received any credits for finding them. Anytime I would take a picture of them before the update it said “No new cars captured in shot” and didn’t give me 1,000 CR.
That list is sorted by captured / not captured.
Those cars are definitely there.

Maybe there’s a chance you captured them earlier than they were released and didn’t notice? The AI have access to all cars on the promo list, even ones we don’t.
Are those cars listed as captured or not captured for you?

They were once not on the list but now they are and they are now both listed as captured even though I don’t recall ever finding one on the road…
They have always been on the list.
You would have captured them amongst a big group of cars.
They’ve definitely always been in the list because I remember photographing the Brat long before it was available.
