Sorry for another performance issue related topic. But it seems I have a very specific problem.
In some circuits, on specific parts of the track I have major stuttering. Very good example is Barcelona entering the la Caixa corner (ironically Turn 10).
the FPS meter in game, and also third party show 60FPS, but it’s nowhere near that. More like 20 FPS During stuttering, the GPU utilization is around 65%, CPU 25-30%
Even at low res and settings it happens.
In the benchmark, It shows my PC can achieve 60FPS easily
Running 1440P high settings.
Do you have Smart acces memory enabled? For some players it seems to worsen game performance. Try disabling it.
Also did you install a fresh windows intallation recently? You may need to look up your task manager and see if your RAM is running at max speeds. I’ve had this happen before… And the last thing on my mind was checking the ram clock speeds but it helped with another game. (the crew motorfest)
My Ram wasnt running at full speeds so my gpu/cpu utilization was pretty bad
