If anybody was wondering, I’ve used 3 or 4 different songs from the new station in my YouTube videos, and all have been allowed 
Same. I believe they said that would be the case in Forza livestream announcing Series 34. It’s nice to see they were true to their word.

Should only have one song that is streamer friendly.
This new radio station features 21 new songs including the streamer friendly “Encanto Remix” by Mitch Murder.
they was one of them, but so far YouTube has ok’d all of the ones I’ve used
I tested this by uploading a private video on the 23/5 with 1 hour of radio playing and got hit multiple times
Even the “Streamer mode” songs in FH4/FH5 get hit by copyright because “Streamer” only seems to apply to Twitch. I’ve had a rant about Hospital Records striking everything on YT despite agreeing to license content into Forza for the purposes of content creators.

Monetizing probably does that, I have uploaded multiple GTAV videos with backround music and have never had any of them being taken down.
what that means is that you have a copyright hit like me but the ads YT runs on your channel will be paid to the copyright troll agent rather than YT itself. Mine is more specific in the wording because I am monitised.
There is a big difference between a strike and a restriction. sometimes a video can be blocked in certain countries or even worldwide without a “strike” being in place. I’ve had a it a few times
I’ve been hit by copyright long before I was monitised so it’s not just a monitised thing. The big difference is how YT communicate it to you. There is more urgency in the messaging for monitised people than non monitised people
Often it’s not about being taken down but revenue being given to a copyright agent
