Strange white pixels

Hello, im here to ask if this is something to do with game files/tv or hardware.

My problem is that, there are some strange white pixels on the edge of some things on the road, or sometimes randomly in the middle of road I see line of white pixels, and when i get closer, they suddenly disappear.

Here is one picture :

(sorry for bad quality, but it explains my problem, picture is taken on Rio de Janeiro track in the “tunnel”.)

As I am new xbox one owner I don’t have other games to test, I am wondering if its normal or not?

Edit:
Tried these things:
1)Different HDMI cable
2)Different TV
3)Reinstall(downloaded from store)
None of these changed anything

Btw, 720p makes these pixels little bit smoother :

Both tv-s I tried are fullHD 1080p

This is a minor visual anomaly. Nothing to worry about. The game also has texture pop ups on some tracks, which are rather noticeable in replays.

Turn the sharpness down all the way to zero and keep picture enhancements off. Also if 720p helps mask it well and good. Hmm… something tells me the game is upscaled to 1080p.

Anyway, you can relax now, there is nothing wrong with your TV or cables. Also, try sitting a little further away from your screen.

The game IS NOT upscaled to 1080p, it IS naitive 1080p. The reason the white dots dissappear in 720p is that the render pass would miss them as they would be too small for a 1280x720 buffer to have them exist in the first place. I would say though that using 720p to forgo the dots us like taking 1 step forword and 10 steps back! The dots seem to be the edges of individual textures that aren’t aligned properly. I’m sure Turn10 could fix it. But will they? I doubt it.

Thank you both for your answers
Atleast now I know that my console is not faulty
