Hi Guys,

I am having MAJOR issues with my storefront on FM4. I have gotten 0 response from Forza or Turn 10 which i see as unacceptable.

I am unable to upload / delete pics or decals / tunes from my storefront. I have gotten message as to why this is happening or if there is a BAN in place on my GT. I cant see why i will get a BAN as Myself or Teams have done no thing to cause a ban.
I am Part of 2 x Leagues on Forza and we promote Forza and Xbox on both our Teams.

How are we supposed to promote Forza is neither my Drift Team or Racing Team can get any decals or photos from the storefront to do so.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. We have had no response from anyone on either Forza or Turn10 side.

How can we go about contacting someone to find out where the issue is.
And don’t say contact forzafb@microsoft.com as it is useless contacting them.

Please someone give me feedback.

PS : Do they wants us to get rid of our Forza’s and Xbox’s and support someone else???

You must contact Turn 10 at forzafb@microsoft.com. They’re the only ones who can investigate on their servers, we can’t and cannot offer any suggestions other than that.

If you have already written, have patience, give them time to investigate and see what’s going on.
