Everytime I try to access my storefront it says its unavailable, have I done something or is anyone else getting this and how could I possibly fix it?
I want to delete photos off there to upload different ones and I cant even access it, but I don’t want to delete my storefront completely because I have stuff on there that’s for sale that I don’t think I own anymore due to needing room in vinyls and designs folder.
Based on the limited info you provided, there may be more than one cause for your problem. If the message says something like “unable to retrieve your storefront data”, it’s most likely a speed/NAT issue with your internet. I would suggest you make sure your internet speed is up to scratch, clear your cache, open your NAT settings, restart and if the problem still persist, ask Snowowl [one of the moderators] here on the forum for assistance. Hi sorry about the limited information this is exactly what is tell me everytime.
“Failed to retrieve storefront data, The forza motorsport 4 server is not available at this time. Please try again later.” I have tried over and over again and reset my internet and even waited a couple days and it continues to tell me this.
Would be good to know if you can race in the lobbies and enter / trade in the auction house. Anyway, resetting the internet won’t change anything if you have an internet upload/download speed problem. I would not operate below 4mb/sec, but some might suggest a little bit more [or less]. So check that and the other suggestions I’ve made. If still no luck, I suggest you send Snowowl [one of the moderators] a message and ask for his help. Best of luck mate.
