Still unable to play multiplayer

So i have been unable to play any sort of multiplayer modes on Forza 6 for 2 weeks now. It was explained to me that I had received a 168 hour ban, which I waited out. Yet when I went to play a full day after the ban expired, I was unable. Same with 2 days later and so on. I posted on these forums which was quickly locked because of Forza’s policy to not discuss bans however, my issue is a bug after the ban. It was also explained to me that a Forza tech would need to go into the servers and remove some sort of flag on my name to allow me to get back into multiplayer and that other players had similar issues on Horizon. I emailed the forzafb email address in hopes that someone would get back to me but I got the impression that I might not receive and email back.

Is there any way to expedite the process so I can get back to playing? Perhaps a Turn 10 tech who is able to help me out?

You are not the only one on this, as I have told you in Private Messages and posts here, you need to wait until Turn 10 can check out the situation and see what happened. This situation has happened previously in Horizon, too, and it is something on the server one of the techs needs to investigate.

Please have patience. Repeated posts or emails to Turn 10 doesn’t make the investigation go any faster.
