Still having an issue re-installing FM7

So, when I first encountered the issue with FM7 early, I thought that uninstalling it and re-installing it would fix it. It didn’t. Here I am still trying to re-download it to no avail. Keep getting the error code 0x87E0000D. I saw a suggestion of fully turning off my Xbox and unplugging it. That didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

I have no Xbox, but i can only find this.

hard reset(hold power button for about ten seconds)

Clear Cache on Xbox One :

Turn off your Xbox One.
Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console’s power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.
Wait at least 30 seconds.
Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on

Did exactly that. Apparently, they still haven’t cleared the issue with FM7, even though I got a notification that they did.
