After encountering problems with FM7, I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it. After the download was completed, I attempted to play it, hoping for it to work properly. Instead, the game doesn’t boot and it shows a message along the lines of “Something went wrong - An error occured with the system update. Update the system offline.” I’m currently waiting to get a USB drive in order to attempt to do the update. I’m on an original XBOX One. I’ll attempt to do the update when I get the USB, but there’s one thing I want to figure out: Is it an XBOX issue or FM7 issue?
Going by your error message it sounds like an xbox issue
