Custom wheel settings won’t save when you have separate pedals attached to PC and the Steering is back to front. Everything was fine in the demo.

Exact same thing.
Pre-ordered ultimate to have the Early Access, but i can’t play. Worse, the game worked FINE on demo !
Meanwhile, all my friends play on the physical standard edition of the game since a WEEK !

Worked fine in demo now unplayable.
Pedals seem to have inverted input when you try and assign in the main menu (not the in game menu) once in game, they are not inverted but no settings are saved…

My wheel doesnt even have input ingame, when trying to setup a custom profile. And it doesnt get recognized and assigned a default profile.

Got the same problem. I fixed it temporarily by copying the demo control’s config to the full game’s config…
If you turn the wheel to the right it should work.

Fanatec CS 2.5 and CSL elite pedals.
Does not save settings, inverts accelerator and steering!
And it worked in the Demo!?
I guess ill never learn, never buy AAA titles, they never work, on pc anyway.
I pre-ordered the ultimate edition as well and bought a thrustmaster t150 rs pro steering wheel… Well it was not working at all. Some buttons had the same code as the pedals(throttle and handbrake e.g.), pre settings were not available and creating a custom profile did not really work as the clutch was not even registered and steering directions were swapped no matter what I did. I really hope forza fixes the steering wheel issues to ensure full playing experience.

But now with this tips, my steering is inverted. So… i still can’t play.
Mine is not recognized at all. Using Thrustmaster TX, I bought separately the Servo Base/pedals/TX wheel but it’s actually a Thrustmaster TX Leather.
I’m trying to download the demo now and check if it works there.

That is how you do it. I tried but could not get it to work without crashing the game even once i put the original one back. I am now reinstalling the game and I might try again or just hope the devs don’t take too long to put out a patch. Hopefully it will be before the day 1 patch on Tuesday but I am doubtful. I hope this works for you!
when i turn it to right it goes to left ???
latest horizon 4 update made fanatec csv2.5 wheel unusable on xbox. no matter what settings there is no turning until wheel is moved at least 90 degrees left or right from center. prior to the latest update it was loose turning but at least usable.
