Steam version : why you let us pay 100 euro for a game that dont works

fix your game asap because its starting to work on my nurves.
i and other player payed 100 uero to play early and we cant even play.
so what you gonna do about this ? giving us 40 euro back or so ??

how is this possible with so a big release of a game. first letting us hype for this and then you release the game like this …

i even took one wheek vacation from work so i could play this game , but instead i can play FH4 .

And yes my drivers and updates are up te date and yes my pc works on other DX11 or DX12 titles on my pc.

and that i react like this is because we dont get any news updates from your side or little fixes.

perhaps you should mention what issues you are having. I am playing on Steam just fine. I realize it doesn’t help on your end, but not everybody is in your situation either.

i have problems like everybody on steam : crashing after a ended race or movie scene.
also i have fanatec gear and because of that its also crashing.

Maybe read the steam forums of FH5 then you will see there that i am not the only one with those problems.

i tyred every step that they said before like :
high priority to the game
run as admin
updated drivers and windows and so on …

pc specs are :
intel i7 5820K - 16 GB ram
gtx 1080ti

and i play forza horizon 4 with no crashes or other dx11 and dx12 titles

You have 3 possibilities:

  • Install Forza-EmuWheel and “enjoy” the game with your Fanatec gear (As I have done). Link: Forza EmuWheel - FORZA TOOLS
  • Claim a refund
  • Do both of the above (As I will do!)

REFUNDS ON PRE-PURCHASED TITLES
When you pre-purchase a title on Steam (and have paid for the title in advance), you can request a refund at any time prior to release of that title. The standard 14-day/two-hour refund period also applies, starting on the game’s release date.

Official Release date is tomorrow(2021-11-09) 00:01, EST so I will claim my refund at right before I go to bed.
Maybe I will purchase it again, when the Problems with Fanatec gear, and the other steering wheels, are solved.

absolutely not everyone has problems, most issues are viruschecker, driver, other programs.
bad luck for you , there will be patches ofcourse.
game is fab.
