Steam and Xbox save game file

I have a question about FH5

is the Steam version still have separate save game files with Xbox cloud or is it already become one?

And an added bonus question, will different region affect the game files or will it not affect anything at all?

“Steam will have support for cross-play, but cross-save with Xbox is not supported.”
