Question about migrating xbox savefile to steam version

So i’m thinking about rebuying FH5 on Steam as I have basically stopped using my xbox and I heard that theres a way to convert my savefile from the xbox/microsoft version to the steam version.

I own the gamepass version of the standard edition of the game, with the premium addon bundles dlc bought.

Do I need to buy the premium edition of the game on steam to keep the premium content? does the premium addon bundles content even carry over?

Any help would be appreciated!

Xplay but not xsave. Steam save unique to steam.

Unless it’s changed since that was written

there is a program that lets you convert your save to be compatible with steam afaik
